The Austin Apartment Store is able to pass on big savings to you, by providing a rebate of up to $150.00, when you rent an apartment using our free service. Please fill out the form below to claim your rebate. Remember to include your correct email address. A confirmation number will be sent to you by email which you will need in order to inquire about the status of your rebate.
In most cases, the Austin Apartment rebate is $75.00 for efficiencies, $100.00 for one bedrooms, $125.00 for two bedrooms and $150.00 for three bedrooms for lease terms of at least 12 months and when accompanied by one of our agents. See your agent for details. Rebates for leases resulting from unaccompanied property visits or for leases less than 12 months are $50.00. The rebate request form must be filled out within 45 days of your move in date. Customers that utilize the Move in Value Program are not eligible for a rebate.
